There were several issues that cropped up during my real estate transaction. One came literally days before closing surprising all of us! Yet they dealt with the problem researching, putting the pieces together, completing the paperwork with supporting documentation for FEMA. Throughout it all they delivered in a professional, straightforward manner being kind yet firm when necessary. I highly recommend them!

She knows the area very well and has a wonderful team with her mother Kennie. Anytime I had a question, she would promptly get back to me with either a phone call, email or text. She was very helpful during the negotiation process since this was only my second time buying a house and every market is different. She pointed out things along the way that I wouldn't have thought of and really looked out for me. She worked with the sellers to make sure we came at hours that were a good time for them as well as the inspector. She was there during the inspection and also when the plumber and A/C person came out. Since I live out of state, she stood in for me a lot and that was much appreciated. I highly recommend Stephanie not only for her knowledge and responsiveness, but she is a friendly, honest and fun person to work with.

This second time around, we weren't quite sure what we wanted. She (and her mother who works with her) were patient and kept showing us properties until we found the perfect one. The looking process was long, due to our uncertainty, but they kept with us and helped us narrow down our priorities. Stephanie was able to answer or find the answer to all of our many questions. She was able to give recommendations for inspectors, septic companies, engineers, etc. She is friendly and fun to be around, so looking at properties was actually more of a fun outing. We love that she took time to figure out what we really wanted in a property, even though we didn't know or couldn't articulate it ourselves. We highly recommend Stephanie and are so thankful for her.

Stephanie spent almost a full weekend showing us houses. Once we decided on a place she helped us through negotiating, working with the seller’s realtor and even helping us meet the builder to sort out minor details. She pointed us in the right direction for getting ALL our utilities set up - and she has the “in” on all the good places to eat while we were in Hill Country - going so far as to call her favorite winery to let them know we were coming. She is professional, knowledgeable of the area and generous with her time. She was a delight to work with and we’d definitely work with her again.

I kept 1/2 acre as my residence. The City allowed this “for sale” piece of land 2 water taps. She did the deal with the neighbors who wanted a small strip next to their home with no water tap. She listed to sell 2 lots, each having 1+ acres and 1 water tap. She was good at negotiating, and helped me all along the way to make decisions concerning what I should do when an offer was made. She also helped me deal with survayor and tile company.I am very satisfied with what I got selling for my lots and they sold very fast! She has a great personality that appealed to prospective buyers.
